FAQs
- What information do you need from me to start my commission? Visual references are very welcome, but not required. Please be concise yet precise when describing your wishes and keep in mind that our ideas might still differ slightly.
- How long will it take to complete my commission? Usually I will have your commission ready within two weeks. Exceptions are particularly elaborate pieces or if we discussed another due date.
- What if I need my commission by a specific date (rush order)? If I have the capacity for it, I might do it for an additional rushed order fee. How much that is will have to be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
- Can I see a progress update of my commission? If you request it, it will be my pleasure to provide one. My art process is messy without clear stages like sketching or linearting, hence I do not like to offer revisions after a specific stage. Changes to the core structure of the image can still occur throughout the drawing process, so if you like something specifically much about the progress picture I showed you and don't want it to change, please let me know, too.
- Can I get a refund if I change my mind? Only as long as I haven't started. After I started working on your commission I will only refund up to half of it, depending on how far I am in the process.
- Can I commission fan art? I do not draw fan art of licensed characters, but I will draw your OCs to a franchise so long as it doesn't include copyright infringements.
- What should I do if I have a problem or question during the process? Talk to me. I am more than happy to find a solution with you.
- What if I want a picture of more than one character? Then you will have to pay for as many characters as you request, but only once for shading, background etc.
Terms of Service
- Payment can be done upfront or 50% upfront and 50% after completion, but before receiving the final product.
- The product will be delivered digitally.
- The seller is not liable for the loss of the product after delivery.
- The customer has the right to a reasonable number of minor changes after completion (e.g. changing eye color.)
- Payments must be made in euros and via Paypal. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to bear all conversion fees, bank fees, payment provider fees, and any other costs associated with transferring funds to the seller.
- The customer may request a refund if the product is not completed within two months.
- Products may not be used for commercial purposes without additional fees.
- The seller may cancel and refund any order at any time.
- The customer does not have the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in this field.
- The customer does not have the right to use the product in any AI technology, including submitting it for datasets and future inventions in this field.
